1. Booking and Payment
Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to payment within 24 hours of the booking.

2. Session Timing
Each session lasts one hour and includes changing times. You must not enter the pool building before your allotted time and must be ready to leave the pool building by the end of your session.

3. Session Capacity
The session capacity is six people, including children and non-swimmers. Any child under the age of four must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional people beyond the capacity of six.

4. Nappy Policy
All children who have not been potty trained for at least six months must wear both a disposable/reusable nappy and a happy nappy.

5. Lifesaver Policy
A lifesaver will be present for each session and has the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the pool who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who is displaying any unruly or unsafe behaviour.

6. Pool Toys
Pool toys are allowed but must not exceed one meter in size. Water guns and hard balls are not permitted.

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.

8. Food and Drink
No food or drink (except water) is allowed in the pool building.
